Janah Risha, PE, SE, GC, is the visionary behind our toughest projects. Himself with over 35 years of experience in the design, construction, and development industries, Mr. Risha joins design creativity and technical brilliance in groundbreaking projects that turn undervalued, underused sites into luxury properties.

As a licensed Structural Engineer, a General Contractor and an experienced real-estate developer, Mr. Risha knows the ins and outs of all three industries, allowing for coherent project direction and quality execution.
